It's a long time now that I'm working on a site face-lift.
Currently SefiStication is a photoblog in a blog style, but this is about to change.
I plan the "photoblog" part to be something that will suit a photoblog and along with that I plan to have a regular blog.
If you want to checkout the beta version of my photoblog, you can find it here - New PhotoBlog
Let me know what you think!

Took me some time, BUT...
Here are 2 photos just to taste what I've seen during my (11 days) bicycle journey in Switzerland (a.k.a "The Croc Project").

Photo was taken at: Thun, Switzerland, Europe

Photo was taken at: Somewhere along the road, Switzerland, Europe

Croc Project - 4th Day
On: 6.9.09
The big day had come - Klausenpass. The highst climb of the trip.
I went outside and surprisingly there were no clouds in the sky. Apparently the area surrounded by snowy mountains.
The climb starts few handred meters after the village.
1700m high
21km long
(apparently about 3 or 4km in the middle are flat, so it`s almost 10% ascent...)
Amaizing view (photos when I`ll get to a normal internet cafe, and not just get favors from hotels receptions...)
At a certain point you climb by some snow from last night. The mountain tops are white.
AMAIZING
At the top (1950m abs) we drank some hot chocolate and started to go down.
The way was so curved and the road was narrow so we had to use the brakes most of the time.
Down at the valley we paid a visit to William Tell`s musium. Apparently he lived in this area.
From there, riding at the side of a beautiful lake, crossed it with a ferry to another almost abandoned village for one day of rest.

Croc Project - 3rd Day
It was raining all day, but today I was ready for it.
Also there weren't too many climbs.
The views just don`t stop to amaze me.
I bought a smelly cheese and put it in my backpack. Now my bag smells like a bodybag although the cheese is not there anymore.
Got to a hotel in a small village close to the highlight and the hardest part of the trip - Klausenpass. The alps.
There was a lot of mist and a lot of rain when I got here, so I didn`t go outside.
Tomorrow there should be a better weather.

Croc Project - 2nd day

Troubles do come in doubles...
After going to the hospital for a Tetanus shot, and trying to fix the saddle, we started our way.
The sun foold us as it was shining behind a few clouds. Left my "hard weather cloths" behind. Took just a jacket.
My journey was supposed to start just a few kilometers after the Rorschach. At least that`s what I was told by the Israeli operator...
We left Rorschach. The views were amaizing. Green. Lots of apples, grass, cows (with bells).
After a few kilometers I understood it`s going to be long.
The rain started.
Instead of sticking to what I was told (which would have taken me 40km) I took a shortcut to the starting point. Just 20km.
I asked some one where "cycling route number 4" begins. He asked "Where? In switzerland?"
"So where are we?"
"In Austria... Switzerland is there" and he pointed towards a small border which looks like a road to me.
If we`re in Austria we must eat apple strudle...
Cycling the next 70km was ruff. rain. cold. going up, never going down. lots of hard climbs. can barely see where we`re heading.
In the middle of no where - chain suck...
We hitchhicked to the next town where we got this fixed.
Rain won`t stop.
By the time I got close to the ending point at about the end of day light, the swiss operator called and asked me where I was. The woman I stayed at came to pick me up (2km from the end)
I slept in a familie`s barn (on a bed, not straw. :-/ ).
The family members were very nice people. Although the communication trouble, they were very ver nice.
Good night sleep and tomorrow will be a better day.
